RBVRR T.S. Police Academy has recently won Home Ministers Trophyfor Best Training Institution in India for Gazetted officers Training for the year 2014-15 vide MHA Letter No.78/74/2016/Trg (PP)/BPR & D, MHA, New Delhi, dated 24-11-2016.

The RBVRR Telangana State Police Academy is also recognized as a Regional Training Centre / Nodal Agency for training by:

i. National Crime Records Bureau, New Delhi for the training of police personnel from all Southern States in IT-enabled services for Policing.

ii. UNODC as Nodal Training Centre for Anti Human Trafficking courses.

iii. Bureau of Police Research & Development, New Delhi for conducting “Vertical Interaction Course (VIC) and ATA Courses”.
